Terms of Service

Participation

By pre-registering for ArtTech Hack, you agree to participate in good faith, collaborate respectfully with other participants, and adhere to the event code of conduct. Participants must be 18 years or older.

Intellectual Property

All projects created during the hackathon remain the intellectual property of the participating team members. By participating, you grant ArtTech Hack the right to showcase and promote projects created during the event for marketing and educational purposes.

Event Cancellation

ArtTech Hack reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to force majeure, insufficient registrations, venue unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Please note that there are no registration fees for this event.

Code of Conduct

We are committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. Participants are expected to treat all attendees, organizers, sponsors, and venue staff with respect. Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the event without refund.

Liability

ArtTech Hack and its organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. Participants attend at their own risk.
